Data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you send us: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, message and any attachments.

For security and abuse-prevention purposes, we also record technical data related to the form submission: IP address and the page from which the request was sent.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to handle your request: replying to you, preparing a quote or following up on our relationship. Processing is based on the pre-contractual steps you request and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.

Analytics

We use Matomo, a self-hosted analytics tool located in Switzerland, to understand how our site is used (pages viewed, traffic sources). Statistics are aggregated and are not used to identify you; no data is shared with advertising networks or third parties.

Hosting and transfers

Our website and e-mails are hosted by Infomaniak, in Switzerland. Your data is not transferred outside Switzerland or the European Union.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for as long as necessary to handle them and follow up on the business relationship, then deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set (for example for content preview by our team).

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data.
