CCT Santé 21
Simplifying a platform with multiple missions
The needs
CCT Santé 21, the collective labour agreement for the healthcare sector in the canton of Neuchâtel, called on Mystik (who produced its superb anniversary video) and Thimoo for a complete redesign of its website.
The challenge was twofold: act quickly as the old site was reaching end of life; and modernise the platform to make it clearer, more accessible and intuitive.
CCT Santé 21 plays a central role in the Neuchâtel healthcare ecosystem: it makes the collective labour agreement and its regulations available online, brings together member institutions, publishes job offers in the sector, organises DPI training (designed to protect employees' personal integrity) and provides a trust group for employees.
Such a diversity of missions required a structured redesign to simplify understanding and navigation.
Our approach
To meet the time challenge and ensure a rapid launch, we implemented an agile methodology with a multi-phase deployment plan.
We completely rethought the site architecture to offer a fluid, logical user experience. The goal: enable everyone—employee, employer or partner—to easily find the information they need and better understand the role of CCT Santé 21.
Key new features include:
- a clear introductory section explaining the mission and values of CCT Santé 21,
- a job offers page with filters by sector and institution,
- easier consultation of the CLA and its regulations thanks to a dynamic table of contents and smart search field,
- a dedicated training area to view available sessions and register directly online,
- a page listing all member institutions with geolocation.
To simplify day-to-day site management, we designed an autonomous update system: the CCT team can now easily add new job offers, regulations or training sessions.
Finally, regarding the visual aspect, a beautiful modern sans-serif typeface and new colours replace the old ones, with an elegant Prussian blue and sand orange as accent colour. With this new platform, CCT Santé 21 positions itself as a serious partner for a solid, committed Neuchâtel healthcare sector.
