The needs
A singer, songwriter and teacher at the Neuchâtel Conservatory since 2016, Mallika Hermand wanted a website that reflects her artistic universe. The goal was to bring together her biography, music and news on a single platform, while allowing her audience to easily follow her upcoming concerts through automatic Songkick integration.
The project had to result in a restrained, elegant and easy-to-administer site, capable of putting her music front and centre while offering a smooth browsing experience.
Our approach
This mandate was carried out as part of Thimoo's Digital Academy. Guided by our trainers, our apprentices designed a bespoke site meeting the artist's needs, while benefiting from hands-on experience on a real project.
We imagined a clean interface that gives full space to Mallika Hermand's musical universe. Songkick integration automatically synchronises concert dates, ensuring information is always up to date without manual intervention. The result is an elegant, easy-to-maintain site faithful to the artist's identity, demonstrating that a project carried out within the Digital Academy can combine professional quality, accessibility and social impact.
