Modernize the display of weather data
The needs
MétéoSuisse wanted to replace the display devices installed near several of its weather stations, particularly in tourist locations. The goal was to provide a modern, web-based solution capable of presenting real-time measurements while minimizing maintenance interventions as much as possible.
The application needed to operate autonomously, offer excellent outdoor readability, and allow visitors to quickly consult the main weather data collected by the stations.
Our approach
We developed a web display application designed to operate reliably and autonomously at the various installation sites. Its architecture enables simplified content management and reduces the need for technical intervention, facilitating deployment and maintenance on a national scale.
Drawing on MétéoSuisse's visual identity, we designed a clear, ergonomic interface perfectly suited to quick consultation. The main weather measurements are presented in a hierarchical layout to provide immediate readability, even for passers-by.
The result is a robust solution that showcases the data collected by weather stations while offering visitors a simple, modern, and intuitive experience consistent with MétéoSuisse's image.
